This is the project acceptance status of our DERCHI DOORS AND WINDOWS when we visited our customers in Los Angeles before going to the IBS exhibition in the United States in February 2025. The main products used in this project are aluminium casement window, aluminium sliding door, aluminium sliding window, glass guardrail.
Los Angeles has strict energy regulations and a warm climate, driving demand for energy-efficient products. DERCHI’s doors and windows likely feature dual-glazed or triple-pane glass, thermal insulation, and materials like uPVC or fiberglass, which reduce heat transfer and lower cooling costs. These features align with rebate programs from local utilities like DWP and federal tax credits for energy-efficient upgrades, making DERCHI products cost-effective for homeowners.
LA’s architectural styles range from Spanish Revival to modern minimalist. Brands like Concept Windows & Doors emphasize bespoke designs tailored to client preferences, suggesting DERCHI might offer customizable options in materials (e.g., wood, steel, aluminum), finishes, and configurations. This flexibility allows homeowners to match their home’s aesthetic while maintaining functionality.
The coastal and urban environment in LA demands weather-resistant materials. uPVC, highlighted by Green Kings, is corrosion-resistant, ideal for humid or salty air, and requires minimal upkeep. If DERCHI uses similar materials, their products would withstand LA’s microclimates, reducing long-term maintenance costs. Additionally, aluminum and fiberglass (mentioned by DIY retailers) are durable and resistant to warping, further appealing to LA buyers.
Trusted brands in LA, such as Concept Windows & Doors, emphasize collaborations with architects and builders, ensuring professional installation. DERCHI’s popularity may stem from partnerships with certified installers, warranties, and reliable customer service—critical factors for homeowners seeking hassle-free upgrades.
Urban areas like LA face noise pollution from traffic and dense neighborhoods. Double-glazed uPVC windows, as noted by Green Kings, can reduce noise by up to 70%. If DERCHI incorporates similar acoustic insulation, their products would enhance indoor comfort, making them attractive for city dwellers .
LA prioritizes green building practices. DERCHI’s use of recyclable materials (e.g., uPVC) and energy-efficient designs aligns with sustainability goals, similar to initiatives highlighted by George Mason University’s clean energy efforts. Homeowners may prefer DERCHI for reducing their carbon footprint while complying with local regulations.
